What is the SHRN Group New England?
The SHRN Group New England is a network comprised of some of the top HR talent in New England who are available to provide New England organizations with strategic and tactical human resource expertise on a permanent, contract or consulting basis – with no agency cost to the employer. Our membership includes 20-25 HR professionals who are actively seeking new opportunities as well as 100+ members who have been an active participant over the past ten years and have elected to stay connected to this group for future networking purposes.
What experience and expertise do SHRN members have?
SHRN member’s experience is very broad. Members have successful experience in many industries, within local, nationwide and international boundaries and have dealt with HR challenges in start ups, mid size and large organizations. All members have held the top or second tier HR leadership position with past employers.
While most members have generalist leadership experience and expertise, some possess very strong specialty expertise in one or more HR functions including Compensation and Executive Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Staffing, Leadership and Organizational Development, IPOs, M&A and more.
Active members (those available for full time, contract of consulting opportunities)
Since our founding in 1999, our “active” members typically number between 20 and 25 HR professionals at any one time. Once they land new opportunities most remain networked as Alumni members.
