Executive Human Resources Leader
I am a Strategic Human Resources Leader with extensive global experience across a broad spectrum of Financial Services businesses at General Electric. I also bring a foundational Finance background and analytical approach to HR leadership, having spent the first seven years of my career in a series of financial roles.

I'm at my best as a Counsel to CEO's, a collaborative Partner to leadership teams, a sought-after Coach for top talent, and an inspirational Builder of strong HR teams.
I've led several businesses through both growth and restructuring cycles. At Real Estate, my HR team of ten drove multiple strategic platform disposition efforts ($6B+ assets/900+ FTE) to respond to the global financial crisis, creating liquidity and optionality while negotiating strong employee protections. At Energy Financial Services, we built a de novo global project finance segment to support GE’s Power and Renewable businesses in developing regions, leading to $3.5B of increased turbine orders annually. Additionally, at both businesses, I was recognized by my CEO for Inclusiveness for maintaining employee engagement during challenging business cycles.
I’m excited for my next chapter. Ideally, it’s in a Company with a learning mindset where “the how” things get done is just as important as “the what” is done. It’s working in a business with a leadership team that is clear-eyed strategically and willing to roll up their sleeves to do the hard work of nurturing a culture and leading by example. It’s leading and developing an HR team through trust, accountability, and approachability, and ensuring our clients see those same values in their HR function.
