Eric Imparato established Impart Associates, LLC in April of 2018. This PRC professional services firm focused on helping clients attract, identify and retain employee talent. Impart assesses the impact of its client’s people investments on the organization’s culture, competence, and commitment, then supports clients to refine and align their talent with organization strategic, growth objectives.
Until March 2018, Eric served as a Principal of the Firm, and as the Director of Performance and Development at Wolf & Company. Eric designed and implemented a Talent Strategy, integrating organizational strategy, incentive compensation and employee performance assessment. He also created and championed consistent investment in a role-based curriculum, developing the critical skills necessary at each stage of the employee life-cycle. This development system has solidified the Firm’s bench strength and leadership pipeline, ensuring it was able to meet its immediate service demand and scale operations to pursue additional revenue opportunities.
For over 25 years, Eric has led organizational change and performance improvement initiatives in a variety of industries such as professional services, higher education, healthcare and technology. Eric provides performance coaching and organizational consulting services to leaders, managers and employees. He guides them through challenging business issues to discover innovative approaches that enable growth through increased employee engagement, productivity, and efficiency
